ClassBreaks Make for Better Writing
In this class, students will learn about how to move through and prevent writer's block and burnout by taking time to rejuvenate their creative juices. The goals of the class are to provide mindfulness tools and simple activities for writers to use when they are in need of self-care. Writers who take a "break" by doing breathing and movement exercises, taking a short walk, and drinking a healthy beverage return to their writing projects with clarity and renewed energy. Join this fun and interactive class to hone your craft and feed your muse.
Instructions for Accessing This Online Class
In order to access live class meetings, you must have the Zoom application downloaded to your computer. You will also need a WiFi/Internet connection throughout the duration of your scheduled meeting and a computer with audio and video capability.
