What happens when the ghost in the machine is an actual haunting? What waits for us on the dark side of the moon? Come learn about the blending of science fiction and horror. During this class, we will discuss various aspects of craft like world building, character, and voice and examine the historical and contemporary contexts of sci-fi/horror. We will also complete a number of writing exercises so students can walk away with the beginning of their own stories.
