Write a Quality Query Letter
Do you have a fiction manuscript you want to get in front of agents or editors? Or a query that just isn't getting you any requests? Then this class could help you out!
This class will focus on teaching students how to write a query from the ground up. Using the 4 Cs methods, students will learn how to write a hook, setup, conflict, question, and consequence paragraphs in a query, as well as writing an engaging bio paragraph that will have agents and editors checking out your sample pages. Students will be writing (or rewriting) queries in class, sharing with the group, and should be prepared to examine their novel as a whole, whether it's completed or not. Class is best suited to those who want to query for fiction.
