Join us to celebrate the work of photographer and painter Adger Cowans at an exhibit opening event focused on “Adger,” the art book by 21st Editions, created out of a collaboration with the artist. The exhibition highlights key thematic moments in Cowans' work from the late 1950s to the present including water studies, jazz portraits, Hollywood portraits, and street scenes. At the opening celebration, the Temple Trio musicians — Anthony Cox (cello), Scott Fultz (saxophone), and Davu Seru (drums) — will improvise to sketches by Cowans, accompanying this special opportunity to view the exhibit, mingle with friends, and welcome the artist.
