Spark your creativity with some alpaca love!
Use this video, featuring many adorable alpacas, to kick off a fun writing or drawing activity:
1. Create an alpaca character!
Choose your favorite alpaca (or alpacas!) from this video. You can draw them if you want — or use the "Make Your Own Llama" worksheet above to get started!
Now, use your imagination: What is this alpaca's name? What do they like to do for fun? What's their favorite food or color? What makes them sad? What makes them happy?
2. Write a short "script" for these alpacas based on the video.
If these alpacas could talk, what might they be saying to each other? Write or draw a short story or comic based on the conversation you imagine!
Special thanks to Bridget and Olaf Edgar's Hobby Farm for this footage of their alpacas (and mini horse)!
