E.A. Farro is a scientist and artist. She has a PhD in geology and has worked in both the wilderness of remote landscapes and politics. She creates literary art installations to engage the public in creative writing, most recently with a 2019 exhibit, The Nature Library, at the Landmark Center in Saint Paul. Her publications include The Kenyon Review, River Teeth, The Common, The Seneca Review, Water~Stone Review, Eckleburg Review, and in the Bellingham Review. She won a Loft Literary Center Mentor Series award in 2010 and won a 2019 Minnesota State Art Board Grant.
