Jackie Cangro

Jacquelin Cangro is the editor of The Subway Chronicles: Scenes from Life in New York, a collection of 27 essays written by such illustrious authors as Jonathan Lethem, Francine Prose, and Colson Whitehead.

Her short fiction was selected as a finalist for the Saturday Evening Post’s Great American Stories of 2014, and her other works of fiction have appeared in The MacGuffin, Valparaiso Fiction Review, The Cortland Review, and Pangolin Papers. She has an MFA in creative writing from Georgia State University and she's worked for Penguin Random House and Simon and Schuster for nearly two decades.
