Milo Todd

Milo Todd is a writer, editor, and educator represented by Sarah Bedingfield of LGR Literary. His fiction focuses on trans and queer history, with additional works on the trans experience and the trans body. His debut novel, THE LILAC PEOPLE, publishes through Counterpoint in Spring 2025. His short fiction has appeared in SLICE Magazine, Hare's Paw Literary Journal, Response Magazine, Foglifter Journal, Home is Where You Queer Your Heart (Foglifter Press), and Emerge: The 2019 Lambda Fellows Anthology (Lambda Literary Press). Milo was selected for residencies, workshops, and/or mentorship from Pitch Wars, Lambda Literary, Tin House, Monson Arts, and GrubStreet. He primarily teaches courses on fiction, the novel, navigating the publishing industry, and trans and nonbinary representation in literature. Milo is Managing Editor of Fiction for Foglifter Journal and he runs The Queer Writer, a newsletter of LGBTQ+ curated content and advice.
