Paulette Perhach

Paulette Perhach’s writing has been in the New York Times, Vox, Elle, Slate, Marie Claire, Yoga Journal, McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, Hobart, and Vice. Hugo House and Jack Straw have awarded her fellowships, and, in 2016, she received the BlogHer Voices of the Year award. Poets & Writers selected her book, Welcome to the Writer's Life, as one of their Best Books for Writers. But she’s best known for a globally viral essay that has the F-word in the title. She blogs about craft, business, personal finance, and joy at welcometothewriterslife.com and hosts A Very Important Meeting, an online meditation and freewriting community.
