BuckSlam June Open Mic (June 11th)

BuckSlam is the Twin Cities' only monthly poetry slam, and on June 11th, we're hosting our first ever un-scored open mic. Have you been holding out on us? Have you been avoiding sharing your work? Have you been nervous about getting "scores" from "judges" who think they "understand" poetry? Well this is your month! Come by Moon Palace Books at 6:30pm to listen, read, or just hang out with other poetry lovers. We'll have a special feature set from members of the 2025 BuckSlam Poetry Team -PLUS- celebrate our final show at Moon Palace before we move to our new venue for season 3 (more info coming soon!) Sign-ups open the morning of the slam and close at 6:55pm!

Moon Palace requires masks be worn inside, please respect the venue and take care of each other by following this rule

ACCESS INFO: Moon Palace is wheelchair and walker accessible and has multiple accessible restrooms. The stage in the performance space is on risers with steps, but the mic can be lowered to floor-level for anyone who needs it.
