Fiction Writers Critique Group Seeking New Members

Twin Cities Fiction Writers (formerly known as Western Suburbs Writers Group) has been meeting twice a month at the Chanhassen Library for years. We owe our longevity to a continual inflow of talented writers and our commitment to treating each other with respect and dignity. The meetings occur the first and third Saturdays every month. They can occur on the fifth Saturday if it occurs in a month. Meetings are normally two hours long - from 10am-Noon.

Even those who did not submit are welcome to attend the meeting and give feedback!

Our meeting procedure is straightforward. We accept submissions of 3500 words or less, if posted on our Google Drive site by the Tuesday evening preceding the meeting. Members download each submission, critique it in writing, and email the critique to the submitter after it has been discussed at our Saturday meeting.
