Judy Stern reads from and talks about her big new art / history book which tells over 100 stories about the artists and customers she met while running the Judith Stern Gallery from 1978-1985. The book is nominated for a Minnesota Book Award, Nonfiction category. Her gallery, located next to the New French Cafe, was one of the pioneers in the Artists' Quarter. Judy describes the rise and fall of the arts community there while writing vivid stories about her many experiences based from her Native American Contemporary Art gallery.
