Looking to trade manuscript review/critique with other Fantasy novelists

I am seeking a small group of writers (1-3) who are willing to trade full-manuscript critique, and are at least familiar with the Fantasy Genre.

My current manuscript is a little over 140K words, and I am looking to streamline it to a length that can be considered by publishers. I've gotten good feedback on readability and flow, but am too close to it to identify the parts that are unnecessary.
