How do you get enough work to keep your freelance business operating? Or maybe you're seeking a full-time gig. Whether your goal is more freelance work or a staff job, how do you go about searching? In this discussion, you’ll learn about ways to find work that you may not have considered.

Lee Oglesby is a busy freelance book editor. Lee started her freelance career in 2018 after seven years as an in-house editor. She ditched her office job for more flexibility and the opportunity to be more selective about the books she edits.

Susan Stehling got her start because of a staffing agency. Susan started her freelance business in 2017 after a career in Minnesota’s nonprofit and foundation community. When a staffing agency found her profile on LinkedIn, her business took off in an unexpected direction.
