Pen to Paper: A Writer's Haven

I am looking to find a group of fellow writers who are interested in creative essays (personal and non) and short stories. 

I'm in need of a group to help keep me accountable, to challenge me to try new writing styles/ideas and to give me helpful/compassionate critiques on my work -- and I'd like to offer you the same.

In the past I've scheduled writing groups on Friday evenings in the first or second week of the month, but I'm open to discussing alternate meeting times as well. 

Meeting places will likely move around, sometimes my home, sometimes a coffee shop. But always in St Paul/Mpls.
