Rural Writing Retreat Available

We are looking for a responsible person who can live in our 100+ year old farmhouse house from approximately May 21 into  Sept. 2019.  The house is located 10 minutes from North Branch and roughly 45 minutes to the Twin Cities. It sits on 11 acres with lots of quiet privacy including a screen house ( at the edge of the woods. There is substantial garden space for growing vegetables with easily accessible water for the garden. Our land abuts a 400 acre county park complete with miles of trails for walking, trail running, mt. biking, etc. 

We are requesting $100/month to help defray electrical and internet charges.

The tenant would be responsible to mow our small yard and small orchard. (Total mowing time is approximately 1-1.5 hours.) A large garden space is available for growing fresh produce.

The tenant(s) must have references and will be subject to a background check.
