Catherine Squires

Catherine R. Squires is a writer, yoga instructor, and editor in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is the author many works on race and media, including The Post Racial Mystique (New York University Press) and editor of the collection Dangerous Discourses: Feminism, Gun Violence & Civic Life (Peter Lang Press). Her essays have appeared in the collection What God Is Honored Here? (edited by Kao Kalia Yang and Shannon Gibney) Lunch Ticket and Minnesota Women's Press.
