Ellen Roscher

Ellie Roscher writes, teaches and speaks about gender, faith, bodies, justice, parenthood and simplicity. Author of Play Like a Girl and How Coffee Saved my Life, she is also the co-founder of 12 Tiny Things and editor of the Keeping the Faith series. Ellie's writing appears in several compilation books, including Bearings, Embodied Faith, The Thoughtful Christian, Alive Magazine, and multiple blogs. She has taught at the Minnesota Institute for Talented Youth, Cretin-Derham Hall, and Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Ellie holds an MFA from Sarah Lawrence in Creative Nonfiction Writing and an MA in Theology from Luther Seminary. She lives in Minneapolis with her spouse and two sons.
