Mike Meyer

Mike Meyer has been described as having a “rare combination of top executive experience for a Fortune 250 company, as a general manager for a rapidly growing business and as a trained Executive Coach.”

Throughout his career, Mike has worked with numerous executives to help them achieve their full potential and realize their professional aspirations. Mike has also helped shape the leadership capabilities of many people who went on to become senior executives of several companies—and has developed programs and processes to develop a stronger pipeline of diverse, emerging talent.

Mike holds an MBA in international business from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences. He has lived in Asia and Canada with most of his executive roles having a regional or global scope. He is a certified executive coach through International Coach Federation and is qualified in a number of leadership assessment tools and instruments.

When not with his family, he loves community work and serves as board chair of The Nature Conservancy, and as a board member of Global Minnesota. For fun, Mike is an extreme skier and not so extreme poet.
