Nuria Sheehan
Nuria Sheehan is a queer writer who ended up in Kentucky with a pit bull and a pickup. She’s worked at the intersection of words and websites for over two decades and has taught English language learners, MFA candidates, and incarcerated students. Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Poetry Foundation, and Brevity, among others, and she writes on Substack about living and creating in a time of collapse. She holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from Hamline University.
