His previous jobs include newspaper reporter and columnist, juggler, weed boy, lawn mower part assembler, and biology research assistant (bug larvae and plant diseases). His home state is Virginia, and he is married to children’s author and illustrator, Cece Bell. He is best known for his Origami Yoda series.
