Goblins, Ghosts & Ghouls: A Spooky Story Workshop for Ages 9 to 11

What makes a spooky story give us those spine-tingling thrills and chills? In this workshop we’ll use games and activities to explore the building blocks of horror: atmospheric settings, compelling monsters and villains, high stakes, and flawed protagonists that drive the story forward. Writers will use these building blocks to craft their own haunting tales and share their scariest scenes in a spooky story slam.
