Writing Short Stories for Ages 12 to 14

Do you want to be a writer? Learn how to create magical, fictional worlds that capture the imagination of your readers and keep them glued to the pages of your stories! This class will explore what magic is, the things you have to think through and explore when you create a fictional world, and how to create a character. Together, we will create characters and a fantasy world, then explore these through creative writing activities. Students do not need to read or write anything in preparation for the class.
