Hieu Minh Nguyen is a queer Vietnamese American poet and performer based out of Minneapolis. Recipient of 2017 NEA fellowship for poetry, Hieu is a Kundiman fellow, a poetry editor for Muzzle Magazine, and an MFA candidate at Warren Wilson College. His work has appeared in PBS Newshour, POETRY

Please join us to celebrate the conclusion of the 2025 Year-Long Poetry Writing Project. Participants from the Year-Long 2025 Poetry Writing Project with Hieu Minh Nguyen will read from their completed manuscripts at this culminating event. The Poetry cohort is led by Hieu Minh Nguyen.
