30th Annual Jeffrey E. Smith Editors' Prize Contest Deadline Extended to Oct. 15, 2020

The deadline for the 30th annual Jeffrey E. Smith Editors' Prize Contest has been extended to October 15, 2020! Winners in each genre (poetry, fiction, and nonfiction) will receive a $5000 prize, along with publication of their submission in the Missouri Review and an invitation to a night of reading and conversation about their work. All entries are considered for publication and writers of all levels are encouraged to submit.

Entry fees are $25 or $30; entry fee includes a one-year digital subscription to the Missouri Review and a free digital copy of the fourth book from TMR Books, Strange Encounters. Entries at the $30 level will receive these, plus access to the Missouri Review's ten-year archive.
