Creative Journaling Online for Women with Health Challenges

On the third Wednesday of each month at 11 AM, we gather on zoom for an hour. We start with 10 minutes of breath awareness meditation. We respond to and discuss several journaling prompts designed to address living with illness and to cultivate well-being.
