Professional Editors Network
January 13, 2020

When: February 11, 2020, from 6 to 7:45 p.m.
Where: Highland Park Community Library, Community Room (2nd floor), 1974 Ford Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55116

What should freelance editors and book coaches know about the agenting process? How can you help your author get a book ready for pitching and find a literary agent or publisher without overlapping with the work an agent does? Where can you send a writer for extra outside help?

Join agent Erik Hane, cofounder of Headwater Literary Management and cohost of the Print Run podcast, to learn about all that and more at this presentation and Q&A.

Erik is a graduate of Knox College and the Denver Publishing Institute who began his career on the editorial staff at Oxford University Press and the Overlook Press. Before launching Headwater with Laura Zats, he was an agent at Red Sofa Literary. Erik and Laura are also the hosts of Print Run, a podcast that digs into the publishing and writing industries.
