Midwest Poetry Mash-Up 2026 (Apr 30-May 2)

Midwest Poetry Mash-Up is a three-day regional poetry slam tournament that brings together dozens of poets from across the region, country, and world to compete for fame, glory, cash prizes, and the title of 2026’s Midwest Poetry Mash-Up Champion. Come watch these poets duke it out in five different head-to-head team poetry slams over the course of three days! Thursday, April 30th at 6pm: Preliminary Bout A
Thursday, April 30th at 8pm: Preliminary Bout B
Friday, May 1st at 6pm: Preliminary Bout C
Friday, May 1st at 8pm: Preliminary Bout D
Saturday, May 2nd at 7pm: Finals

All events take place at the Phoenix Theater in Minneapolis (2605 Hennepin Ave)

*Please note that tickets are divided into individual bouts (events) and make sure you select a ticket for the specific bout(s) you want to attend. If you want to attend all events, purchase a full weekend pass. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
