The Twin Cities is an epicenter of innovative work at the intersection of disability and the arts. Two such examples are Interact Center for the Visual and Performing Arts and Cow Tipping Press who will be MHC’s guests at this interactive event. Neurodiverse Literature and Art will feature literary and visual artists with intellectual/developmental disabilities who have collaborated in combining their art forms. This event will touch on the power of the humanities as a gateway to broader inclusion and its unique implications for the disability community.

The evening will include facilitated breakout rooms for participants to discuss and reflect on key take-aways. The first 50 participants to register will receive a free copy of the Best of Cow Tipping Vol. 3, which features the literary and art works discussed at this event. We will also raffle off one piece of visual artwork at the event.

This event will have ASL interpretation.
