As Above, So Below: Magical Approaches to Writing

Let's face it: as writers, we are constantly staring into the void. But how can we work with the unknown more conciously, especially when we feel stuck or uninspired? In this class, we will use foundatdional aspects of magical process to re-enchant our writing practice. Beyond #manifesting vibes, we'll delve into practical exercises and strategies for partnering more fully with ourselves, our time, and the ecosystem of what we're creating. This class will span craft and creative practice; feel free to come with a specific project in mind or simply a willingness to engage. All skill levels and definitions of magic are welcome.

In this class, students will:
-interrogate their relationship to magic
-practice applying magical process to their creative practice
-reflect on their writing practice and name at least one change they would like to make moving forward
