Scenes are the building blocks of any story. In this 3-hour class, we’ll focus on crafting scenes. We’ll discuss the essential components of a scene and how to make it powerful and memorable.
During class, students will get a chance to write their own scene in response to a prompt of their choice. By the end, students will have a checklist of elements as well as a toolbox of craft techniques to enrich their scenes and writing.
