BuckSlam August Poetry Slam (Aug 14)

Summer is in full swing, and we're having a blast sharing poetry every 2nd Wednesday at Moon Palace Books. Last month, our BuckSlam Poetry Team is competing against dozens of other poets in a regional tournament, and we're already gearing up to find out who will make next year's team. Come on by for our August poetry slam at Moon Palace Books on Wed. 8/14 at 6:30pm! Share some poems, judge some poems, or just enjoy some wonderful community and art - remember: the point isn't the points! The point is the poetry (and the people!)

Doors at 6:30pm. Show at 7pm.

ACCESS INFO: Moon Palace is wheelchair and walker accessible and has multiple accessible restrooms. The stage in the performance space is on risers with steps, but the mic can be lowered for anyone who needs it.
