Writing a Church History

My name is Bonita Heilman and I attend Christ Lutheran Church in Maple Plain, MN (western suburb of Mpls)

My church will be celebrating our 150th Anniversary in December of 2025 and we would like to write a church history about our church. This will be a paid project. 

Other information: 

We do have a book already completed of the first 125 years.  It is pretty well written by church members, but we are thinking this would be re-written or "fluffed" so that the whole book would be consistent. 

There will be pictures accompanying some of the stories and we will provide or take these pictures.

We would like the individual to come to our church to see the flavor of our congregation and then interview some of our congregants to add to the story.

The final project would need to be in a format that could be printed by the writer or by a service ( i.e. Shutterfly).  The church or church families will also pay for the copies of the book we order.
