Pathway: Generate & Create

In this adventurous class, writer and Loft Executive & Artistic Director, Arleta Little, will invite participants to explore ekphrastic writing through discussion, exercises, and workshops while learning about visual art and artists from the 20th and 21st centuries.

Write, talk, and think with acclaimed poet Terrance Hayes in this generative poetry workshop centered on how poems can work as a tool for advocacy. 

This October session at Hope Arts Center explores writing as an aid to memory. Through writing exercises and discussion, we will practice several ways to make memories more lasting.
