BuckSlam January Poetry Slam

New year, new poems - that's right, we're back for the first slam of 2024! Swing on by Boneshaker Books on Wed 1/10 at 7pm for our January Poetry Slam! We'd love to hear your original work, and if the judges and crowd love you too, you could even leave with the almighty buck ($1)!

Plus: Interested in joining the BuckSlam Poetry Team this spring? There are only 3 qualifying slams left before finals, so come and share your work! (See details at our website)

*Boneshaker requires masks be worn inside, please respect the venue and take care of each other by following this rule*

ACCESS INFO: Boneshaker has no steps and has one single stall, wheelchair-accessible restroom. The venue is near the 2, 67, 9, and 22 bus lines and the Franklin Ave. Blue Line stop. The parking lot is not available for us to use, but there is plenty of street parking. The venue fits 40 comfortably seated, but beyond that, it may be standing room only.
