BuckSlam's 2024 Five Buck Finals (Apr 3)

We're finally here: the end of our first official season... the 2024 Five Buck Finals!!! Join us at 7pm on Wednesday, April 3rd at the Black Hart of Saint Paul to see our most successful poets from the past year compete for bragging rights, a spot on the BuckSlam Poetry Team, and a whopping FIVE WHOLE DOLLARS in prizes. This is going to be our most exciting, amazing, spectacular slam to date, and you will NOT want to miss these folks poem their h(e)arts out on the BuckSlam stag(e).

**The Black Hart is a bar, meaning they serve alcohol (and also NA drinks and food!) Under 18-year-olds will be allowed in the space for BuckSlam but must make themselves known to the bartender and must follow all local, state, and federal laws**

**Although the Black Hart does not currently have a venue-wide mask policy, BuckSlam will continue enforcing a mask policy at finals in the performance space. Please help us keep eachother safe!**

ACCESS INFO: The Black Hart is located in the Hamline-Midway neighborhood at 1415 University Ave W in St Paul. It’s just off the Hamline Ave stop on the Green Line and close to the 21, Metro A, and 83 bus lines. There is also a large parking lot immediately adjacent to the building that is available for patrons to use. The Black Hart is wheelchair-accessible with ramps both into the main building and into the back performance space. The stage does have a slight lip of around 4 to 6 inches.
