Seeking: Top Memoir Literary Agent in the Area

I've been approved for submission for nomination for the Congressional Medal of Honor Citizen Honor for single act of heroism for something I did 25 years ago that is one of the most prolific acts of heroism that anyone has ever heard of before. 22 years later, I did it again. There is much more to my story and I am hoping to find an established literary agent who focuses on memoirs.... if that person exists. 

I am asking for referrals and recommendations for literary agents, preferably in the area but not a requirement. Thank you kindly.
